July 2007 Bottled Pumpkin Spice for fall distribution

June 2007 Recipe for vanilla mead submitted for federal approval

May 2007 Next year's production well under way

Mar 2007 Testing of vanilla / vanilla nutmeg winter flavor

Mar 2007 Starting production of 2008 Mead

Jan 2007 Purchasing honey for the 2008 production

Nov 2006 Began submitting label designs for Private Labeling

Oct 2006 Started use of Icelandic terms for sweetness

Sep 2006 Added a relative sweetness index to the labels

June 2006 Started producing Sweet Spiced Mead

Apr 2006 Started producing Semi Sweet Traditional

Mar 2006 Added 5 liter mini-kegs

Sep 2005 Begin regular tastings in the seacoast area
